 26th April 1936 – 15th April 2025. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dad in his 89th year, after a short illness at his home in Ashburton. Loved and cherished husband of Jeanette. HOGG Lois Catherine on March 29, 2025,

, aged 91 years. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of the much loved wife of Jim Hogg (dec) and loved mother of her four daughters, Trish Hall (dec) Denise Forbes, Jane Noone and Nicki Hogg (dec). Adored grandmother of Tim, Rachel, Anna, Ben, Samantha and Jonathan. Great Nan of Oliver, and Archer. Lois was a confidant to many, she had a willing ear, a ready smile and lots of love to give to all her friends, family and her large extended family, She would say “Love you, Never forget”. – It is with much sadness that we announce  the passing of Margaret on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Ashburton.  Most dearly loved wife of the late Joe, and much loved mother and mother in law of Ross and Audra, and Jan and Monty. Peacefully at Radius Millstream, Ashburton, aged 82 years. Loved eldest daughter of the late Terence and Phyllis Smith.  Dearly loved sister and sister in law of the late Vincent, and Melva, Kevin and Lynne, the late Heather and Rupert Laugesen, and Maree and Ian Thompson. A much loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews and their families. A Service celebrating Gill’s life will be held in Our Chapel ,cnr East & Cox Streets, Ashburton on Thursday March 27, commencing at 4.00pm, followed by a Requiem Mass at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Grays Lane, Kaikoura, on Saturday March 29, commencing at 10.00am, followed by a private cremation. Recitation of the Rosary will be at the Church on Friday evening at 7.00pm.
