Passed away peacefully on December 10, at Ashburton. Aged 74 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian. Loved mother and mother in law of Craig and Irene, Glen and Jo, Paul and Gudryn. Proud and precious Nan of Phoebe, Thomas, and Jack; Alex, Libby, and Tessa; and Caleb and Niamh. Loved sister and sister in law of Lillian and Barrie, (Kaiapoi) and Raewyn and Robert (Chicago). Suddenly taken from us on December 10, 2017 at Christchurch Hospital. Aged 74 years. Loved wife of the late Ken. Precious mother of Stephanie, Karen, Janine, Brendon and their families. Cherished Nana of all her grandchildren and great Nana Val of her great grandchildren.

Passed away suddenly, in Australia, after a brief illness. Aged 55 years. Dearly loved father of Shayne and stepdad of Holly and Joseph. Youngest son of the late Audrey and Bill McLennan. (Methven) Much loved brother and brother in law of Margaret and Henry Ackerman, Noeline Woods, Janice and Roy Parkin, the late Max, Roger, the late Barry, and Janis, Rusty, Graham and Sandra, the late Karen, and Allison. Loved great grandfather of his nine great grandchildren. At Neil’s request a private cremation has been held, to be followed by a private memorial service

Agnew, George Eric, On Wednesday 29th November 2017. Taken from us too soon. In his 67th year. Son of the late George and Beverly Agnew. Deeply loved and devoted husband of Lyndsay Agnew. Adoring Dad and father in law of Kimberley Taylor Coleman and Liam Coleman, Jordan and Sarah Agnew.  Devoted stepfather to Melanie Taylor, Kimberley Taylor Humphries and Selwyn Humphries, Andrew and Sarah Taylor and Kieran Scott and Jack Scott.  Besotted Grandad George to Bella, Kobe and Axel. Step Grandad to Charlie and Emma …… Beloved brother of Jan Scott and Robin Agnew. Beloved uncle to all his nephews and nieces. Messages to 4 Lilley Place, Methven. A service to celebrate George’s life will be held at the Methven Memorial Hall on Monday the 3rd of December at 2 pm, followed by a private cremation. His family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all the people, donations and support that was provided during the search for George. He died in a beautiful place, doing what he loved. George is, was and will always be a legend.
