SMITHERAM Shirley Maureen (nee Read) Died peacefully on October 16, 2016 at Ashburton, aged 86 years.   Dearly loved bride of the late Alan Douglas Smitheram.  Loved eldest daughter of the late Ernest Victor and Audrey Muriel Read (Nee Keen).  Beloved mother of Glen, Gaye, Kathleen, and Douglas.  Loved Grandmother of Chanel, Alexandra and Stretch, Emma, Alan, Michael and Jamie, Erin and Jack, William and Kat, Mark and Susan, and Lisa and Adrian.  Loved great grandmother of Shirley, Emma, J.D, Beth, Grace and Baby O’Connell/Taylor on the way!

Messages to the Smitheram family c/- P O Box 472, Ashburton 7740.   A service for Shirley will be held at Our Chapel, cnr East & Cox Streets, Ashburton on Friday October 21, commencing at 11.00am.  Followed by cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
