Officer-Holmes Iris Mae (QSM) On May 23, 2018.  Passed away peacefully at home.  Much loved wife of the late Kenneth Mervyn Wills and the late Denis Holmes.  Dearly beloved and cherished mother/Ikey of Andrea and Richard Hunter (Blenheim) Tonee and Kevin Hurley (Ashburton) and the late Gary Mervyn Wills.  Loved stepmother/WSM of Mark and Jane, Paul and Michael, and Sally-Anne Holmes (Australia) and Clive and Kiri (Nelson).  Treasured Nana Ikey of Justine Mae, Kiri Lee, and Guy Hunter; Ken and Nicole Wills (Brisbane), Melissa and Angelo Hutos (Christchurch), Jason, Samantha, Yasmin, and Oliver and all her great grandchildren.  Messages to 77 Racecourse Road, Ashburton 7700.  Iris will be at Tonee and Kevin’s home, 77 Racecourse Road and friends are welcome to come say their farewells.  A service to celebrate Iris’ life will be held at St Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Oxford Street, Ashburton on Saturday May 26, commencing at 1.00pm. Followed by private cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
