Passed away peacefully at Ashburton Hospital on September 26, 2021, surrounded by his family. Aged 85. Loved and devoted husband of the late Heather and loved father and father in-law of Andrea and Brian Hanna, Brent and Coleen, Katrina and Jos Mensen, Rachael and Nigel Barron, Leighton and Nikki. Beloved Pop of Hilary and Stu, Richard and Emily; George and Rebekah; Charlotte and Sam, Robert and Alice; Mitchell, and Jessica; Lily, and Ryan; and great Grandpop of Rosa; Henri and Max. Due to Covid restrictions a private funeral will be held at his church in Carew on Friday 1 October at 1pm.
