Passed away peacefully at Methven House on Saturday July 12, 2025, after a short illness, in his 88^th year. Dearly loved and adored husband of Nola for 67 years . Dearly loved and cherished father, and father in law Robin and Janine, Aileen and Grant Henderson, and Linda.  Loved Grandad Donny of Nathan and Tania, Chloe and Cameron, Bridget, and Amy; Mark, Nicola and Josh, and Philly and Adam; Hayden and Inara, and Courtney and Billy, and great-Grandad Donny of Jonathan, Lucas, Ruby, and Nixon; Jamie, Frankie, and Darcy; Cooper, Madelyn, and Rhylee.  Fun loving brother, brother in law and uncle to his many nieces and nephews. A friend to many. A celebration of Donny’s life will be held at St John’s Presbyterian Church, Jackson Street, Methven on Wednesday July 16, commencing at 11.30am, followed by private cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
