Passed away peacefully in the care of Tuarangi Home, Ashburton.  Loved wife of the late Russell, loved mother and mother in law of Maxine and Bill Hooper, Pauline and Lockey Higgins, Wendy and the late Paul Lennon, Neville and Tracey.  Loved Grandmother and great Grandmother and special Aunty to her nieces and nephews.  The family would like to thank the staff and careers at Tuarangi Home for the wonderful care of their mum. GORMAN, John: October 24, 2019

 On October 24, 2019. Aged 82 years. Died peacefully at Ashburton Hospital after short illness. Dearly loved husband of Colleen. Loved father of Mary, Kevin and Niki, Danny and Julie, Johnny and Kate, Eddie and Lam, Phillip, Ben and Emily, Matt and Kim. Loved brother to the late Patrick, and Mick and survived by Andy. Loved granddad, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Messages to 14 Morgan St, Methven 7730. A Requiem Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Snows Church, Main Rd, Methven on Tuesday 29 October commencing at 11.00am followed by interment at the Methven Cemetery. Vigil Service, Monday 28 October at 7.00pm at the Church.

BURGESS Rayna

On October 19, 2019, peacefully at Tuarangi Home, Ashburton, after a long illness.  Aged 78 years.  Dearly loved wife of Stuart.  Beloved Mum of Kareen and Stuart Dunlop, Peter and Esther, Robin and Paula, and Chris and Darin Goldsack.  Loving Nana of Adele, and Dale; and Sammy, and Max.  Special thanks to the wonderful caring staff at Tuarangi Home for their love and care of Rayna. On October 19, 2019, peacefully at home, Ashburton. Aged 91 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Ian. Cherished and much loved mother and mother in law David and Jill, Roger and Cheryl, Gary and Jo, and Andrew and Tammy. Dearest Gran of Adam; Natasha and Gavin, Dan; Ben and Gabrielle, Charlotte, Bridget,  Matthew; Melissa and Jared, Timothy and Jodie, James, Nicola and Jaime, and Sarah and Sam. Dearly loved great Gran of Finn; Aubree;  Evelyn, and Cyril; Thalia, Marshall, and Izak; Cleo; Laylah, Maia, and Piper, and Mason. Messages to 1/25 Charlesworth Drive, Ashburton 7700. Cherished Gran of Paul, Sarah and Dan, Scott and Tayla; Elizabeth and Jaeme, Charlotte and Mitchell, and Matthew and great granddaughter Grace. Followed by interment in the old Ashburton Cemetery. The Rosary for Marie will be recited at the Church on Tuesday evening commencing at 5.30pm.

SUNBEAM, Alan Maurice: (Maurice) October 4, 2019

Died suddenly at home, Ashburton on October 4, 2019. Will be missed by his wife and soulmate Anne, his son Andrew and stepson Walter.
