BRIGGS: Helen Margaret Mary (nee Lysaght), on January 6, 2019.  Passed away peacefully in Christchurch. Aged 61 years.  Dearly loved wife of the late Kevin.  Much loved mother of Jacqui and Barry King (Perth), and Grant and Kirsty Briggs (Perth).  Special Nana Helen to Logan, Rhys, and Oliver; Holly, and Cooper.  A special thankyou to the staff and medical professionals of Ward 25, Christchurch Hospital, especially Dr Lutz Beckert and his team.  Messages to the Briggs family c/- P O Box 227, Ashburton 7740.  Donations to the Ashburton SPCA would be much appreciated and may be left at the service. A Funeral Mass to celebrate Helen’s life will be held at the Church of the Holy Name, Sealy Street, Ashburton on Thursday January 10, commencing at 10.30am. Followed by private cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
