SUGDEN John Thornton, on August 4, 2016 at Christchurch after a short illness. Aged 71 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Susan. Much loved and treasured  father and father in law of Sharon and Mitch Haslemore-Smith, Andrea and Trevor Scott, Richard and Janelle (Perth) and special Grandad  to Jayden, and Aleesha; Wyatt, Kurt, and Amie; Taine, and Abbey. A service to celebrate John’s life will be held at Our Chapel, Cnr East & Cox Streets, Ashburton on Wednesday August 10, commencing at 2.00pm. Followed by private cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
