SMITH, Neil Wayne:

On August 8, 2018. Passed away peacefully at home with family and friends. Aged 73 years. Beloved uncle of Laureen, Michael and Katrina, and great uncle to Rebekah, Callum, and Garth. Much loved loyal and steadfast friend to many. Our grateful thanks to Doctors P Holdaway and M Wootton the Ashburton Hospital Palliative Care and district nursing staff. According to Neil’s wishes a private cremation has been held and a private service will be held at later date.
