Passed away peacefully at Ashburton Hospital surrounded by his loving family, aged 83 years. Loved husband of Audrey. Much loved father and father-in-law of Warren and Maree, Karen and Glen, Grant and Lynn, Amanda and Greg. A celebration of Alan’s life will be held in the Rakaia Community Centre, Elizabeth Ave on Thursday 1 October commencing at 1.30pm followed by a private cremation at Ashburton Crematorium. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the special care given to Alan by the staff at Rakaia Medical Centre and Ward 1 of Ashburton Hospital.
