peacefully at Ashburton Hospital with Mark by her side, aged 50 years. Dearly loved partner of Mark Slaven and special Mum of Samuel. Treasured daughter of Jan and the late John, and much loved sister and sister in law of Andrew and Amanda, and Rob and Ali. Loved by all her nieces and nephews.
