KEARNEY: Jennifer Mary, (Jenny) ( nee Palmer) On September 4, 2016 aged 76 years, peacefully in the care of Terrace View Retirement Village, Ashburton. Much loved wife of the late Jim, and loved mother and mother in law of the late Michael, Rhonda and Greg Manson (Christchurch), Ben and Debbie (Murchison), Karen (Motueka), and Lynda and Greg Wilson, (Brisbane),  much loved Nana Jenny of Fletcher; Amelie and Evelyn. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff at Terrace View Retirement Village for their great care and support of Jenny and her family in her last weeks. Also to Dr Lues, Ashburton Dr Lee Anderson and Jane Smith (Palliative Care Team) and to the many others who cared for Jenny throughout her illness. A service for Jenny is to be held on Thursday September 8, at the Geraldine Town and Country club, Talbot Street, Geraldine commencing at 11.00am. A private interment will be held at the Woodbury Cemetery. You are welcome to bring a spring flower from your garden to be placed on Jenny’s casket.
