JUDGE John Towerton, on September 12, 2016 peacefully and with dignity at Terrace View Rest Home, Ashburton. Aged 91 years. Dearly love husband of Frances. Loved and respected father and father in law of Gillian and Wayne Froud, Murray and Bronwyn, Graham, Karen, Alan and Rachel, and Peter. Loved Grandad and great Grandad of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loved brother of Edwin, Marion, the late Robin and brother in law of Pauline Cook.
