HOLMES Marjorie, on August 3, 2016, peacefully at Methven House, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bob Holmes. Mother and mother in law of Jenny and Jim Macartney, (Tai Tapu), Murray and Leanne, (Methven) John and Glenys, (Christchurch) and Warwick and Angela (Christchurch). Special ‘Ma’ to her 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Loved sister and sister in law of Charlie and Hilma Reid, (Ashburton) the late Gordon, Hughie, and Thelma. Loved sister in law of Don and Dorothy Holmes, Natalie and Lynton Broughton, Cecelia and Bill McKellar, Sam, (all deceased) Shirley, the late Peter and Edna, Annette and the late George King.
