Passed away peacefully at Ashburton HospitaL, in the presence of his family. Aged 85 years. Much loved husband of Margery for 62 years. Loved father and father in law of Lynda and Robert Bateman, Stuart, Ngaire and the late Steve Te Moananui, Gary and Annemarie and loved Grandfather of Naadia, Daniel, Ben, Rose, and George. Loved great grandfather of his nine great grandchildren. At Neil’s request a private cremation has been held, to be followed by a private memorial service
