Loved son of Percy Grout (Tasmania ), Margaret Matthews (deceased) Timaru.  Brother of Julie Barker, Mike Grout, Alison Silke and Jimmy Barry.   Much loved uncle of Gemma MacDonald , Nathan Lange , Kirsten Richardt , Victoria Shrimpton , Vincent Barker , Keeley Barker , the late Curtis Barker, Aaron Grout , Jeremy Grout and Debi Grout.
