passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, at Ashburton Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. Dear wife of Philip. Loved Mum of Doug and Jaclyn, Luke and Gemma, and William. MORRISS Paul Trevor

(retired Warrant Officer), on August 10 2026, suddenly and tragically at home, Chertsey, aged 77 years. Beloved husband of Samantha, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Kim, and Paul and Karina. Adored Pop of Kathy-Lee, Kasey-Marie and Cody James. Loved brother of Lawrence and partner Velona and loved “uncle” to extended family and close friends. passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026, at Ashburton, aged 59 years. Much loved only daughter of the late Keith and Pamela. A dearly loved niece, cousin and friend. KING Geoffrey Charles (Geoff)

On Wednesday August 5, 2026, peacefully at Rosebank Lifecare, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Janet, much loved father and friend of Peter, Bernard, Sherry and Richard, and Tom. CRUICKSHANK Jim (James) Alexander

On 8 August 2026, peacefully at Ashburton Hospital, aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Eleanor, loving father and father-in-law of Nicki and Greg, Paul, Brett and Lisa and Kathryn and Rob. Loved Grandad of Sydney, Maddy, Clare, Jessica, Dallas, Ryan, Callum and Jack. Loved brother of Gladys (deceased) and brother-in-law of Isabel and Peter (deceased) and uncle to his six nephews and nieces. FRIEND Karen Margaret (Aka Dawn)

passed away after a brave and courageous battle on Friday, 7 August, 2026, at Ashburton Hospital, surrounded by loving family and friends. Loved partner of Avon, cherished daughter of Ian and Heather, sister and sister in law of Dave and Bern, Geoff and Karen. Loved Aunty and treasured friend and colleague to many. The family would like to sincerely thank medical/oncology/District Nursing staff for their care & support allowing Dawn to be able to stay at home as long as she could. WILSON Sally Ann (née Greenwood)

passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on 3 August 2026, aged 59. She was a fighter to the very end of her battle with breast cancer. Sally was the dearly loved mum of Tom and Ella, adored partner of Ross, treasured daughter of Judy and Dave, cheeky sister of John, and a loyal friend to many. (formerly of Methven). At Ashburton, on Tuesday August 4, 2026. Aged 91 years. Treasured husband of the late Eunice Kathleen Weir (nee Guise). Cherished father and father-in-law of Kay and Jon Wain, Joanne and Mike Shaxon, and Glenda and Allan Flowers. Very adored grandfather of his nine grandchildren and his 14 great-grandchildren. 12/06/1939 – 27/07/ 2026 -Fairlie peacefully passed in her daughter Susan’s arms, while in the care of Radius Millstream, Ashburton, her home for five years during her dementia journey. A loved daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. Remembered for her love of gardening and her beloved dogs. “She lived her life finding silver in the shadows and touching the gentle souls of animals”.
