Peacefully at Ashburton Hospital on August 27, 2026. Aged 87 years. A dearly loved husband, father, father-in-law, grandad, and great-grandad. Thanks to Hospice Mid Canterbury and St John for their care and support and special acknowledgement to Dr Malcolm Wootton and the Home Support team who supported Dennis and allowed him to stay at home for as long as possible. Thanks also to other hospital based staff involved in Dennis’ care over the last weeks.
