Aged 78 years. With our deepest sadness, our precious John passed away unexpectedly at Ashburton Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Cherished and devoted husband of Julie. Amazing Dad and father in law of Kim and Lynette, and Donna and Jason. Adored Grandad of Baden, Ansley, Sheldon, Tegan and their partners. Cherished and much loved great Grandad to Madison, Zak, Sophie, Izaiah, Skylah, and Lucas. Our family would like to say a very special thank you to the staff at Ashburton Hospital and Methven Medical Centre for their wonderful care of John. Thank you to all our friends for your on going condolences. Wonderful husband and father, rest easy our “Hero” for ever in our hearts sweetheart.
