It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our sweetheart Denise. Aged 54, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday 13th May 2026, at Ashburton Hospital. Methven being her home. Dearly loved wife of Grant. Dearly loved and cherished mother of Jonty, Toby, Jamie and Annalise. Dearly loved daughter of the late Graham and Mary Strachan. Dearly loved sister and sister in-law of Cynthia and Willie Christie, Linda and Richard McClea, Janene and Marty Parsons. Dearly loved by all and many of her large extended family. Denise will be laid to rest on Saturday 23rd May at Oamaru Lawn Cemetery at 12.00pm, should you feel you would like to help her rest in peace. ‘Forever in our hearts’.
