12 -7-1931 – 22-1-2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Arthur at Radius Millstream, Ashburton after a brief illness. Much loved husband and good shepherd of Joan. Loved and respected father and father in law of Deirdre and Kelvin and the Peter Curd, Dr Kate Richardson and Doug, Rose and Bruce Leonard, and Trish and Omar Palov. Arthur was a much loved grandad and great grandad to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Much loved brother of Edna and the late Willie, the late Alice and Ken Keen, the late Linda and Keith McKenzie and the late Allan and Maureen. Brother in law to John and the late Maude, David and Jennifer, Marina and Ken Pomeroy, Stan and the late Claire Kennedy, also the late Betty and Ron Matchett and the late Doug and Marion Kennedy. Loved and respected uncle of his nieces and nephews, the Bridge Club Family, trusted workmate of all those at Winslow Farms and mustering mate and loved friend of the Simpson family, Mt Hay Station, Lake Tekapo. Grateful thanks to the caring staff at Radius Millstream who looked after Arthur during his brief illness, especially Jan, Shibu, Esther, Albert, Anna and Grace. Loved mother and mother in law of Janice and Wayne Murta, Colin and Sue Lamb, Roger Lamb, (dec) Nigel Lamb, and Elizabeth Drever (dec).Grandmother of Dean, and Justin;  Lee and Karleen, Wayne and Sharlene, Rebecca and Dave, and Rachel (Dec); and Daniel, and Kurt.
